Michael took on an EEOC claim I filed and did an excellent job from negotiating to settlement. He kept me updated along the way even if he was just waiting for a response from the employer that was taking a while so that I wasn’t left in the dark.
He’s always friendly and pleasant to deal with and given that I live 90 minutes away and we’re in the midst of a pandemic, it was very convenient that documents and forms were able to be sent or completed electronically.
He guided me through the settlement process and was able to secure a better settlement than I was prepared to accept based on where negotiations began.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Michael again or to refer clients to him.

We all have been sitting on our couch watching a 30 minute episode of “Law and order” and you hear “Judgement for the plaintiff in the amount of $$$$$” thinking, “Wow, it’s that easy, what if that were me?”………I’m here to tell you that’s no where near reality.
