As the firm’s principal attorney, Michael concentrates in personal injury, civil litigation and handling general negligence issues, including tort claims, in both state and federal court. Prior to opening Harman Law, he gained extensive experience in this area of the law, serving as Senior Associate Attorney for a prestigious personal injury firm in Charlotte.

Sandra has almost 17 years of experience representing employees and employers in
employment disputes. She is passionate about ensuring each client is treated fairly and is committed to providing winning legal arguments. Sandra is licensed in the State of Michigan, United States District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Brittany is a native of New Jersey but has recently made North Carolina her new home. Prior to moving to Charlotte, Brittany gained experience at a personal injury firm in Atlantic City, NJ where she served as a law clerk and associate attorney. She also completed a judicial clerkship with the Assignment Judge of Atlantic/Cape May County for the Honorable Julio L. Mendez (ret.) and the Honorable Michael J. Blee. Brittany is a graduate of Rutgers Law School and Rutgers University. She is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and New Jersey. In her free time, Brittany enjoys visiting National Parks, snowboarding, building LEGO sets and playing with her puppy, Tucker.
Sharon was a Senior Litigation Paralegal for 15 yrs. and focused on several areas, including: Complex Litigation, Personal Injury & Wrongful Death. She attended CPCC and was on the Dean’s List and a member of Lambda Epsilon Chi.
Sharon loves spending time with her grandson “Eli” and two dogs. She helps as a Legal Advocate for the American Diabetes Association, supporting kids within the school systems to ensure they are treated fairly at school and in their daily life.
Born and raised in Charlotte, Lea has over 20 years of experience working in the legal field. She received her Paralegal Certification from University of North Carolina Charlotte. Outside of the office, Lea is a college sports fan, spending time outdoors and staying active.
Brandie graduated with a bachelors in English from Winston Salem State University. Prior to joining Harman Law, Brandie has worked within the legal field for over 7 years. Outside of work she likes to volunteer and spend time with her family.
